Little Italy San Diego The Comeback

In the 1990’s efforts began to restore the community culture and bring Little Italy back.

Construction has been non stop with emphasis on creating one of San Diego’s most livable, walkable, and enjoyable downtown destinations.

The first wave of mid and high rise condominiums began construction in the early 2000’s changing the San Diego skyline.

New developments sold out quickly. Eager buyers paid premiums for the opportunity to reside and invest in the newly revamped Little Italy neighborhood.

Along with many of these future residents were savvy investors seeking an opportunity to purchase new build condos in a highly desirable area as second homes and rental properties.

As more innovative and bold developments are being constructed the desirability of owning a rental property in Little Italy is greater than ever.
