“Salvatore and his team are the best property managers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They are very quick to respond to any questions or issues and then proceed to take of them promptly. Every inquiry is handled so professionally and they are all also just so kind and respectful. I feel so lucky to have been able to with them for over a year. I would love to work with them in the future whether that is in purchasing a property or having them manage one of mine in the future. In a very saturated industry, they stand out in the best way possible.”

“My partner and I have been tenants at a home managed by San Diego Premier Properties for nearly 4 years. During our time at the rental, SDP quickly addressed concerns and issues that arose and consistently kept us updated with each project. The online resident portal allowed us to easily connect with the SDP Team and pay rent in advance of the due date each month. We have shared so many wonderful memories at the rental home and appreciated the support of the SDP Team during our time there.”
